What to Tell Us
The more specific you are, the faster we can tell you whether we’re the right fit and what it will actually cost.
If it’s LDAR: facility type, applicable rule (Method 21 / OOOOa / OOOOb / OOOOc / MACT CC), rough component count, and whether you’re under an active audit, NOV, or consent decree.
If it’s indoor air or mold: property type (home, commercial, multi-family), what you’re seeing or smelling, when it started, and whether anyone has gotten sick. Insurance involvement is fine to mention.
If it’s a repair: instrument make and model, serial if you have it, symptoms, and your next quarterly date.
