- Repair pricing is based on standard service scope. Units with extensive damage, missing components, contamination, or non-standard modifications may require additional fees, which will be quoted before any additional work begins.
- Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on parts availability, diagnostic findings, and shipping. Specific completion dates are not guaranteed.
- Service is limited to TVA-1000 and TVA-2020 units in repairable condition. AIM™ EH&S reserves the right to decline service on units deemed beyond economical repair; a diagnostic fee may apply in such cases.
- Calibration is performed to manufacturer specifications at the time of service. Ongoing accuracy depends on proper handling, storage, and use after return.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs and insurance to and from our facility unless otherwise agreed in writing. AIM™ EH&S is not liable for damage or loss during transit.
- Repair work carries a 30-day limited warranty covering the specific repair performed. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear.
- AIM™ EH&S is not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages — including lost revenue, regulatory penalties, or delays in compliance activities — arising from analyzer use, downtime, or service outcomes.
- Units left unclaimed for more than 90 days after repair completion or quote rejection may be subject to storage fees or disposal.
- All service is provided subject to our full terms and conditions, available upon request.
